The staff of the Pottery Workshop is unique. They come from all over China, and even outside China, to work in this exciting environment. Besides their regular jobs, each employee is a talented artist.
乐天陶社的员工每个都是相当优秀的，他们来自中国各地，有些更来自国外。由于乐天优越的工作环境，员工们除了日常的工作外，也会同时创作自己的作品，可以说他们每一个人都称得上是艺术家。
Caroline Cheng 郑祎
Caroline Cheng is the Director of the Pottery Workshop. Cheng has been an independent studio artist for the last 17 years and enjoys being the Big Cheese at the Pottery Workshop. She has had 5 solo and over 50 group exhibitions; including Hong Kong, Beijing, USA and Paris. Cheng is an active promoter of ceramics in Hong Kong and China.
“My art is playful. I use bright colours and goofy looking figures because I enjoy art that is uplifting and positive.”
郑祎女士是乐天陶社社长。作为艺术家，郑祎女士拥有自己的独立工作室已经有17年的时间了，同时她管理着整个乐天陶社。她本人已经成功举办过7次的个人作品展，她参与的集体展览超过50次，展览的地点包括香港，北京，美国和巴黎。郑祎女士同时也在香港和中国大陆积极推进陶瓷艺术的发展。
Gao Yifeng 高艺峰
Gao Yifeng is the General Manager in Shanghai Pottery Workshop. He graduated from the College of Fine Arts of Shanghai University in 2002. As a full time ceramic artist, he is proficient in expressing a strong feeling of contemporary and cultural connotation in his works. In 2002, he received the Second Prize at the Chinese National Ceramics Competition in Longquan with his “Old Computer”. His work “Object Transform” was awarded Bronze Prize at the 5th World Ceramic Biennale 2009 in Korea, making him the only Chinese recipient of this prestigious award so far.
高艺峰现为上海乐天陶社全职陶艺家。作为一位职业陶艺家，他早年毕业于上海大学美术学院陶艺专业；他创作设计的陶瓷作品极具当代感和文化内涵性，并多次参 加一些国内外陶瓷艺术竞赛和评比展览，早在2002年，他创作的作品“复古电脑”就在第七届全国陶艺创新评比中荣获二等奖；近期2009年5月，他的作品 “形式的转换”入选并获得韩国国际陶艺双年展铜奖，他也成为中国唯一一位获此殊荣的参赛者。
Benjamin Carter
Educational Director of PWS Shanghai. MFA in Ceramics from University of Florida. BFA in Ceramics and Painting from Appalachian State University. His work has been published and exhibited throughout the United States and China.
上海乐天陶社教育主管。佛罗里达大学硕士学位，阿巴拉契亚州立大学陶瓷和绘画系学士。作品曾在美国中国展出。

Guo Yuhong郭宇虹
Guo yuhong graduated from China Academy of Art Ceramics Professional, Pottery work “thaw series” selected for the Eleventh National Art Exhibition and Zhejiang Art Exhibition. Now work in shanghai Pottery Workshop.
郭宇虹 毕业于中国美术学院陶艺专业，陶艺作品《雪融》系列入选第十一届全国美展和浙江省美展。现就职于上海乐天陶社。
