It’s looking like 2008 is going to be a busy year for the Pottery Workshop in Jingdezhen.
Fall is almost full, Spring is half-full, and there’s still room during Summer. If you’re thinking about joining us in 2008, now is the time to let us know!
Long winter..
Here in Jingdezhen it’s been cold- really cold. After raining for almost a month we got a surprise- a large snowstorm that blanketed the city in white. Unfortunately the snow caused something in the electricity system to break, which has left us without power and water during the past couple days..
Chinese New Year Holidays
Many staff in the Pottery Workshop will be on holiday for the Chinese New Year, starting in February. During this time the wrokshop will be a little slow, but we’re still inviting resident artists!
